Please note the production lead times for each item, as indicated on the product pages. Lead times can vary from 2 to 12 weeks depending on the products ordered. Worldwide shipping is available upon request for a quote. For deliveries outside of France, customs fees and taxes may apply in addition to the delivery cost.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for standard products. To initiate a return, you must first contact us at shop@carolineandreoni.com . Items must be returned in their original packaging , in perfect condition and unused, to ensure they can be resold.

Products made to order , designed and crafted specifically for you, cannot be returned or exchanged . This is an integral part of our commitment to bespoke and responsible design. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions.
