In 2013, Julie Robert discovered contemporary weaving in Iceland. Inspired by the landscapes, she abandoned her paintbrushes and camera to explore textiles. In her studio in the south of France, she creates monumental wall hangings, combining natural fibers, traditional techniques, and organic shapes. Architects, luxury hotels, and collectors call on her expertise to incorporate her pieces into large-scale architectural projects. Attentive to spatial and aesthetic constraints, she designs custom works that enhance the space.

Always seeking new dimensions, she now incorporates ceramics into her compositions—notably through the creation of sculptural stoneware lamps, designed as unique pieces for interior designers and private individuals—exploring the dialogue between textiles, earth, and architecture.
